In compliance with the duty of information set out in article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following data is provided:

Users

Access to and use of this portal grants the condition of USER, who accepts, from such access and use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. These Conditions shall apply regardless of any General Contracting Conditions that may be mandatory.

Use of the portal

The portal provides access to various information about our business and product, contact sections, hyperlinks to social networks, and the option to purchase licenses of the 4Linking plugin. Hereinafter, the content belongs to RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO or to its licensors, to which the user may have access.

The user assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content, or to enable a response to enquiries submitted through the contact sections. In such registrations, the user shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information.

Products and services offered

Through www.4linking.com, RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO markets the WordPress plugin called 4Linking, software that automates internal linking of WordPress sites using artificial intelligence, as well as content generation, translation and knowledge base management.

License plans

The 4Linking plugin is distributed under the following plans:

Prices indicated include VAT and the taxes in force at the time of purchase shall apply. Prices may change at any time, with the price in force at the time the order is placed being applied.

Purchase process

To purchase a 4Linking plugin license, the user must follow these steps:

• Plan selection: the user chooses the desired plan (Starter, Pro or Agency) on the pricing page.
• Data form: the user completes the data required for invoicing (name, address, tax ID where applicable, email).
• Payment method selection: the user selects a payment method from those available (credit/debit card or PayPal).
• Order confirmation: the user reviews the order details and accepts these conditions and the privacy policy.
• Payment: payment is processed through the corresponding secure gateway (Stripe or PayPal).
• Delivery: after payment is confirmed, the user receives the license key and the plugin download link by email.

Payment methods

Accepted payment methods are:

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
• PayPal, processed through PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.

RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO does not store any bank card data on its systems. Payment processing is carried out entirely on the certified servers of the payment gateways, which comply with the PCI-DSS security standard.

Invoicing

After payment confirmation, the user will receive an electronic invoice with the tax data provided at the time of purchase. It is the user's responsibility to provide truthful billing data. The invoice can be downloaded at any time from the customer area.

License characteristics

The 4Linking plugin licenses sold through www.4linking.com have the following characteristics:

Duration

The license has an annual duration (365 days) counted from the purchase date. During this period, the user has access to all the features of the contracted plan, to plugin updates and to the corresponding technical support.

Activation and use

Each license includes a defined number of sites where the plugin may be activated (1 site for Starter, up to 5 for Pro and up to 25 for Agency). The license is associated with the specific URLs where the customer chooses to activate it. The customer may deactivate and reactivate the license between different sites as many times as needed, within the contracted limit.

Software updates

While the license is active, the customer is entitled to receive all plugin updates published during the validity period of the license, including:

• Security updates.
• Bug fixes.
• Performance improvements.
• New features added to the plugin.

If the license expires without being renewed, the plugin continues to work in the version installed at the time of expiration, but the customer no longer receives updates until renewal. The plugin is not automatically deactivated or deleted; the customer's data remains intact.

Technical support

Technical support is provided by email through legal@4linking.com during business hours. The committed response time is 24 working hours for all paid plans. Free version users receive support through the official WordPress.org community.

License renewal

4Linking plugin licenses are renewed automatically at the end of the contracted annual period, unless the customer cancels the renewal beforehand.

How to cancel automatic renewal

The customer can cancel automatic renewal at any time from their customer area on www.4linking.com, with a single click. Cancelling renewal does not affect the current license: the customer continues to enjoy the service until the natural expiration date, after which the license will not be renewed.

Renewal price

The renewal price will be the one in force at the time of renewal. If the price increases compared to the previous period, RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO will inform the customer at least 30 days in advance by email, allowing the customer to cancel the renewal if they do not accept the new price.

Pre-renewal notice

RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO will send a reminder email to the customer at least 15 days before the automatic renewal date, indicating the amount that will be charged and the methods to cancel the renewal if desired.

Right of withdrawal and refund guarantee

Commercial 7-day no-questions-asked guarantee

Refund requests must be made by email from the address used for the purchase, indicating the order number or the license key. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from acceptance of the request.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers who purchase the plugin as individuals (not as a company or professional) have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without justification.

Exception to the right of withdrawal

The 4Linking plugin is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. In accordance with art. 103.m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal is lost when the customer downloads, activates the license or begins to use the plugin before the 14-day period expires, provided that the customer has given express consent to this at the time of purchase and acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon starting the download.

Notwithstanding the above, the 7-day no-questions-asked commercial guarantee described above applies regardless of whether or not the customer has downloaded the plugin, which constitutes an additional guarantee more favourable than that legally required.

Business customers

Purchases made by companies, freelancers or professionals in the course of their business are not governed by consumer regulations and therefore do not benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the 7-day no-questions-asked commercial guarantee also applies to these customers.

Free version and GPL license

In addition to the commercial licenses, RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO distributes a Free version of the 4Linking plugin through the official WordPress.org repository. This version is governed by the following terms:

• It is distributed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later (GPLv2+), in accordance with WordPress.org guidelines.
• It is free of charge and does not require any payment, registration or paid license.
• It includes a limited set of features compared to the paid versions.
• Support is provided exclusively through the public WordPress.org forum.
• It does not include commercial or functional warranties beyond what is established in the GPL license itself.

Intellectual and industrial property

RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO, on its own or as assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of the website, as well as the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to: images, sound, audio, video, software or text; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.). All rights reserved.

Pursuant to the provisions of articles 8 and 32.2, second paragraph, of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the content of this website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without the authorisation of RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO. At no time, unless expressly stated otherwise, shall access to, navigation of or use of the Site or its content confer any right on the user over the distinctive signs included therein.

Trademark and trade name

The name "4Linking", as well as the logo and distinctive signs associated with the plugin, are the property of RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO. Their use without express authorisation for commercial, promotional or any other purposes that may cause confusion as to the ownership or origin of the product is prohibited.

Commercial plugin license

The purchase of a 4Linking plugin license grants the customer the right to use the software on the number of sites contracted, during the validity period of the license. This license does not transfer ownership of the software and the following is prohibited:

• Redistributing the plugin or any of its components to third parties.
• Modifying the plugin code to remove or circumvent the license system.
• Applying reverse engineering techniques for purposes other than those expressly permitted by law.
• Using the plugin as a basis for creating derivative products that compete with 4Linking.

User-submitted content

In the event that the user sends any kind of information to RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO through any of the channels enabled for this purpose within our web portal, the user declares, warrants and accepts that they have the right to do so freely, that such information does not infringe any intellectual or industrial property right or any other right of third parties, and that such information is not confidential or harmful to third parties.

Exclusion of warranties and liability

RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may be caused, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, lack of portal availability, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having taken all necessary technological measures to prevent it.

The content, information and advice expressed on this web portal should be understood as merely indicative. RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO is in no way liable for their effectiveness or accuracy, being exempt from any liability towards users who make use of them.

This site may publish content and comments provided by third parties. RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO is not liable for the truthfulness and accuracy of these, being exempt from any liability towards users who make use of them.

RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO reserves the right to modify the content of the Site without prior notice and without any limitation. Likewise, it declines any liability for any damages that may arise from the lack of availability or continuity of this site and the services offered on it. We also cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements on the Site that may produce alterations in your computer system.

Liability for AI-generated content

The 4Linking plugin includes content generation features powered by artificial intelligence (through external services such as OpenAI). The customer is solely responsible for the content generated using these features and for its publication on their website. RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO does not guarantee:

• The accuracy, truthfulness or quality of content generated by artificial intelligence.
• That the generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• That the content is suitable for the customer's specific purposes.
• That the content does not contain incorrect or biased information.

The customer must always review AI-generated content before publishing it and is responsible for any consequences arising from its publication.

Financial liability limit

In any case, and except in those cases where the law expressly imposes otherwise, the maximum financial liability of RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO towards the customer for any claim related to the 4Linking plugin shall be limited to the amount effectively paid by the customer for the license in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Modifications

RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it considers appropriate to its portal, being able to change, delete or add both the content and services provided through it, as well as the manner in which they appear presented or located on its portal.

When modifications affect the conditions applicable to contracted licenses (renewal price, scope of support, included features), RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO will inform affected customers at least 30 days in advance by email, allowing them to cancel the renewal if they do not accept the new terms.

Links

In the event that links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites are placed on the domain, RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO shall exercise no control over such sites and content. Under no circumstances shall RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO assume any responsibility for the content of any link belonging to a third-party website, nor shall it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, comprehensiveness, truthfulness, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of these hyperlinks or other Internet sites.

Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections shall not imply any type of association, merger or participation with the connected entities. The user acknowledges and accepts that RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO shall not be liable for losses or damages that may be incurred as a result of the availability of the aforementioned websites or external resources, or as a result of any reliance placed on the comprehensiveness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, products or other materials offered through such website or other resources.

Right to exclude

RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal or to the services offered without prior notice, on its own initiative or at the request of third parties, to those users who fail to comply with these General Conditions of Use.

Likewise, RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO reserves the right to deactivate 4Linking plugin licenses in the event of fraudulent use, manifest breach of the conditions of the license or any other conduct contrary to good faith, without any right to a refund.

General provisions

RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO will pursue the breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.

If any provision of this Legal Notice is declared null or unenforceable by a competent authority, said provision shall be considered deleted without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be fully binding on the parties.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO and the user shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. Whenever current applicable regulations establish the possibility for the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, any dispute between RICARDO ALFONSO NOVO NOVO and the user shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of A Coruña.

The above is without prejudice to the rights that European consumer protection regulations recognise for consumers residing in other Member States of the European Union.
